Welcome to Rose Cottage. By booking accommodation with us, you agree to the following terms:

Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Payment must be made in full to secure a reservation, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged by prior agreement, subject to availability.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made [X days] before arrival may qualify for a refund (less any administrative fees).

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the booking payment.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.

  • Any damage to the property or its contents caused by guests will be charged to the guest.

  • No smoking is allowed inside the cottage.

  • Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement.

Liability

Rose Cottage takes reasonable steps to provide a safe environment but accepts no responsibility for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

  • Injury, illness, or accidents occurring on the premises.

Privacy

We respect your right to privacy and handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the POPIA Act.
